Finch Turmeric Powder 50g

Finch Turmeric Powder is ground from the dried root of the Curcuma longa plant. Earthy and mildly bitter, it gives curries their warm flavour and golden-yellow colour.

Packed pure with nothing added, it is a staple of Sri Lankan and wider Asian cooking. Use it in curries, rice, marinades, soups and turmeric milk, or as a natural yellow food colouring.
