How do I place an order?
Browse products, add to cart, and checkout. You’ll get an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at shop@finch.lk or +94 777 04 3333. We’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

How much is delivery?
Western Province Rs 600 · Other Provinces Rs 900 · Free on orders over Rs 7,500.

How long does delivery take?
Times vary by location. Normally it takes 2-3 business days. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayHere (cards) and Koko (pay in 3). More options may appear at checkout.

Is checkout secure?
Yes - payments are processed through Shopify and our payment partners.

Returns & refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We import, process, and manufacture products directly, and distribute trusted international brands in Sri Lanka.

Do you sell Finch brand products?
Yes - shop our Finch Foods collection for our own-brand range.
