Spanish Saffron, often called the queen of spices, is made from the dried red stigmas of the crocus flower. It is the most precious spice in the world, prized for its golden colour and delicate flavour.

A few threads go a long way. Steep them in warm water or milk for a few minutes, then add to paella, biryani, risotto, desserts, sweets and drinks.
