Finch Red Nai Miris (Cobra Chili) Powder 50g

Finch Red Nai Miris Powder is ground from the red ghost pepper chilli, known in Sri Lanka as nai miris or cobra chilli. Not for the faint-hearted, it delivers intense, lingering heat.

Packed pure with nothing added, it is a convenient alternative to fresh ghost peppers. Start with a pinch and use it to fire up roasts, sambols, marinades and curries. Handle with care and keep away from eyes.
