Finch Psyllium Husk (Isabgol) 100g

Finch Psyllium Husk, also known as isabgol, is made from the husks of Plantago ovata seeds. It is naturally high in fibre, mostly soluble fibre, which absorbs water and swells into a soft gel.

How to use: Mix 1 tablespoon into about 350ml of water, juice or a smoothie and drink straight away, before it thickens. Always take with plenty of water. Psyllium husk is also used as a binder in gluten-free baking, helping breads and doughs hold together.
