Finch Organic Coconut Flour 500g

Finch Organic Coconut Flour is made from the dried and finely ground flesh of the coconut. Naturally gluten-free and high in fibre, it has a light, mildly sweet coconut flavour.

Use it in gluten-free baking, pancakes and breads, or to thicken soups and sauces. Coconut flour absorbs much more liquid than wheat flour, so it is usually used in smaller amounts or blended with other flours.
