Finch Mishri, also known as rock sugar or rock candy, is a traditional sweetener made by crystallising sugarcane juice into clear, crunchy crystals with a mild, clean sweetness.

How to use: Sweeten milk, tea and herbal drinks; crush and sprinkle over kheer, puddings and Indian sweets; or enjoy it after meals with fennel seeds in the traditional South Asian style.
