Finch Curry Leaves Powder is made from dried, ground leaves of the curry tree (Murraya koenigii), known in Sri Lanka as karapincha. It is distinctly fragrant, with a warm, slightly citrusy aroma.

A convenient, longer-lasting alternative to fresh curry leaves, it adds rich, aromatic flavour to Sri Lankan and South Indian curries, seasoning blends, chutneys, rice and tempered dishes.
