Finch Corn Flour 500g

Finch Corn Flour is milled from sun-ripened corn. Fine and mild, it works as a gluten-free flour for cakes, cookies, coatings and batters, and as a thickener for sauces and stews. Mix it with cold water before stirring it into hot liquids.
