Finch Cloves Powder 50g

Finch Cloves Powder is ground from the dried flower buds of the clove tree (Syzygium aromaticum). It is distinctively bittersweet and intensely aromatic, so a little goes a long way.

Packed pure with nothing added, it is a convenient, longer-lasting alternative to whole cloves. Use it in Asian and Middle Eastern cooking, spiced drinks, chai, curries, marinades and bakes.
