Finch Butterfly Pea Powder (Blue Matcha) 30g

Finch Butterfly Pea Powder, sometimes called blue matcha, is made from the dried petals of the butterfly pea flower. Deep indigo and mildly sweet, it is packed pure with nothing added.

It is most popular with drink makers for its natural colour-changing effect: add lemon or lime and blue turns to purple. Use it in teas, lattes, mocktails, sweet bakes, rice and savoury foods as a natural blue colouring.
