Finch Badam Pisin (Almond Gum) – 100g

Finch Badam Pisin, also known as almond gum, is a natural edible resin from the tropical almond tree (Terminalia catappa). Soaked in water, it swells into a soft, translucent jelly with a neutral taste.

How to use: Soak 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of water overnight (at least 8 hours). Add the jelly to jigarthanda, falooda, milkshakes, lemonades and other summer drinks, or stir it into puddings, ice cream and fruit salads.
